The service

Quotehold (operated by Ryplix) provides AI-assisted research over documents your firm uploads. Each answer cites its sources, and quotes are machine-verified against those sources.

Not legal advice

Quotehold is a research tool for legal professionals. Its output is not legal advice and does not create an attorney–client relationship. A qualified attorney must review AI-generated research before relying on it. You remain responsible for the accuracy of any work product you produce.

Your content

You retain all rights to documents you upload and the research you generate. You grant us only the limited license needed to operate the service for your firm (to store, parse, index, and process your content). You are responsible for having the right to upload the documents you provide.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to breach the service’s security, access another customer’s data, resell the service without an agreement, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and performant, but it is provided “as is” without warranty. Subscription agreements may define specific support and availability commitments.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate per the subscription agreement. On termination, we delete your instance and its data on request (see our Privacy Policy).
