Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 7, 2026
Quotehold (“we”, operated by Ryplix) provides AI-assisted legal research over documents your firm uploads. This policy explains what we collect and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, and a hashed password.
- Your content: documents you upload, questions you ask, and the answers and reports generated from them.
- Operational data: usage metering (e.g. pages parsed, tokens used) and standard server logs kept for reliability and security.
How your content is used
Your content is used solely to provide the service to your firm: parsing, indexing, retrieval, and answer generation. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. Our AI subprocessors are bound by terms that prohibit training on your data (see our Security page for specifics).
Where it lives
Each firm’s data is stored in a dedicated database and storage bucket, encrypted at rest and in transit. Subprocessors we rely on: Railway (database hosting), Cloudflare (document storage), Anthropic (answer generation), Voyage AI (embeddings), LlamaIndex (document parsing), and Trigger.dev (background processing).
Retention and deletion
Your content is retained while your subscription is active. You can delete documents and research threads at any time — deletion is permanent. On termination, we delete your instance and all associated data on request.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing dhruval@ryplix.com.
Changes
We will notify account holders by email of material changes to this policy before they take effect.
